VERY NERVOUS

i have got my second visit to my dietician tonight then see my surgeon two days later he wants me to lose 2 1/2 stone before he will do bypass so really hoping for some good news tonight!

Sure all will be well and that you will manage to lose the weight you need to do before surgery. We, who are the most rubbish dieters, all managed to drop weight when asked by our surgeons so I have every confidence that you will be able to as well. Good luck for later.

whaay 4 kilos lost for good im quite chuffed with myself thats just over 3 weeks and linda the dietician seemed pleased.going to see robert stuart the surgeon on thursday so lets hope i can get a date before christmas!!
