another 4lbs off this week now down to 17 stone 4lbs and 10 weeks post op only 5lbs off loosing 5 stone since pre-op diet at the end of march

another 6lbs off this week and feeling great for it a total of 80lbs gone since the end of march and as a treat i've brought myself a new mirror as i caught a look of myself in a shop window yesterday and felt happy with what i saw staring back at me
