Hi all
I will soon be moving on to eating properly again and I wondering if anybody is using the Weight Watchers range of food.
The reason I ask is because we now have to eat smaller portions is there enough goodness vitamins etc in these foods to keep us healthy and losing weight.
Any advice would be great good or bad.
