How do you find it. I've only done a day but loving it. Couldn't face sw again. Too much like a diet xx

I find if I stick to it for at least a few days a week I loss weight

ive lost all of my weight from following WW - ive not been able to get restriction from or with my band so following WW from day one really helped me.
