After my awful week last week of just a 1lb i have lost 6lb this week ..........
so just over a stone and a half in 4 weeks.
and i weigh less then i have in 5 years ........

Goal Keeley!!! i have other 9 stone to lose to where docs want me to be, but since starting to diet i have lost 4.5 stones but i am a third of the way there lol
