You can't take both of them as both have a decongestant in I think. My GP said paracetamol is best. You could try that and try an inhale-able decongestant. My gp also recommends regular steaming.
Hope you feel better soon hun, and whatever you do keep those fluids up !!
xx
I have been ill over the festive season and have been taking Night Nurse at bedtime and Lemsip Max Strength Capsules (from PoundWorld lol) during the day.... as they both contain paracetamol, I have been taking Lemsip three times per day (at least 4hrs between doses) then the Night Nurse as I am getting into bed x x
Lemsips should be ok as contain paracetomol... the steaming helps aswell... if you dont have a face steamer.... then a bowl of hot water and a towel over your head..hope it clears soon xxx
I normally suggest for my patients... 4 hourly paracetamol (no more than 8 in 24hrs) steam inhalations 4 times a day, Ibuprofen 6 hourly (if you are on a ppi) lots of rest and fluids. Don't use sudefed for more than 3 days, and use it with caution as it can give you a racing pulse... This usually does the job. Hope you feel better soon. If your coughing a good slug of pholcodeine at night helps! x
