Just found out I cant eat tortilla wraps lol they dont go down too well and dont like to move when they get stuck even when chewed to death lol
just had 2 hours with a bit stuck in my chest, rather unpleasant when your mouth starts watering and drowning you in your own spittle

Sorry to hear the wrap didn't go down too well. It's so interesting though to see what others can and can't manage.
I've not had any real problems so far with bread, pasta, rice etc, just eat very small amounts (although not often) and chew it to death. I do have some good restriction, but don't think i'm quite there yet, maybe another fill will see me there. I do tend to find that egg gets a bit sticky and I don't bother with roasted meats anymore really, my jaw starts to ache with all the chewing and I just can't be bothered, lol.

I could manage a small amount of wrap before my fill but haven't tried them since. I am a bit scared to try bread to be honest to have kept away. I tried toasted pitta bread before my fill and that wasn't a pleasant experience at all.

I am struggling to find things to fill me up at the moment. Any suggestions?
