Never thought i would EVER say those words !!
Boosted the exercise this week and it worked.

Can I just ask people are you counting the pounds you ahve lost since the op or are you counting in what you lost on preop diet aswell, and most of us would have lost weight before that as well so how do you all look at it? I have just been working what i weighed when i came home and what i've lost since that day. xx

Mine is from the day my surgeon asked me to lse 38lb before my op, lost 78lb pre op and 22lb in 6 weeks post op
