Your liver!

Hi there, I'm following a low fat diet prior to my operation but I wondered if anyone has ever had their operation cancelled due to their liver being too big? it sounds daft but I don't want anything to get in the way of the operation!

Not personaly but yes it has happened!

My surgeon said that he had cancelled due to someone not loosing on pre operation diet and quite rightly its dangerous. It put the fear in me so stuck to it like glue. Good luck x x

My surgeon did say he had refused someone who had failed on the LSD I was terrified that I stuck to the letter of my diet lol
