Hands up if your L&D

id like to see the same. im waiting to see the surgeon at l and d, mr whitelaw.done the 5per cent milk diet ,now trying to keep it off until the 21st dec when i see him. my name's carol and id love to chat to all l and d bypassersx

ok I've been wondering this since yesterday ... what is L&D?

Luton and Dunstable hospital Cah Ching i've seen alot of the people at L&D refer to it as this so it seemed easier to put it than luton and dunstable lol

I had mine done at L & D by Mr Whitelaw. Definately one of the best things I have ever done.

I will add,I was born and raised in Luton(i am a 6th generation Lutonian!) and it is what the Lutonians call the hospital..its the "L and D"
Luton and Dunstable is a mouthful lol.
I escaped and Now live in Northamptonshire(not far from Wellingborough)

Its weird that to start my new journey that i end up coming home to where i was born...

lisa, i noticed in the cardiology department when i went for my ecg there was a poster which said L&D on lol

i had my op at L&D on july 19th this year

Not sure who I am under- I have done the 5% milk diet and now just waiting on the appointment too meet the consultant.

both my daughter and myself are L&D'ers.
i was mr date and she is mr jain.

LOL...
I don't think anyone in Luton or Dunstable.call the hospital..Luton and Dunstable hospital...its always been "L&D"

L&D is printed on all the bedding and sheets etc too lol..I hope you guys remeber this thread when you in bed on a ward,and giggle at my attention to detail.lol

I keep escaping but something keeps drawing me back...lol
I have lived in every area of the town..
I cant believe I will be having the op where I was born..!!! its a weird cycle ....
