Am I right to ask for this at my doctors? CAN SOMEONE HELP x

Oh that's good news. You should have a b12 shot every 3 months. You'll know when you need it as you'll start to feel like you do now. I'm glad it went well for you :)

Thanks everyone,
I've been to the docs and he gave me a b12 shot there and then.
He checked me while I was there and told me I also looking like ive got a virus as temp was up and glands.
He's brought forward retesting my bloods too for iron x
I'm wondering how long you feel the benefit if the b12 injection?

Glad you got a b12, hope you start to feel better soon :) x

Just wanted to ask..does anyone know how long it's took for you to feel the benefit of the b12 shot?
Straight away/few days....cheers x

Had my bypass 9th Sep 2010 also with Mr Ammori and had first b12 jab at 4 week check and every three months since.

It takes a few days for me, it's not a hugely noticeable effect, I just gradually realise I'm not as cold or tired.
