Cant Concentrate Today At All!

I really cannot concentrate today, I feel like an airhead
My sleeve is booked for tomorrow morning.
Not sure if I feel Excited, Scared, Nervous, Apprehensive or all at once, I just seem to be going through the motions without really being there.
