I ended up having my op a week early as they'd just started the saturday short notice appointments for low risk patients but the original date I was offered was exactly 6 months to the day since my endo. The time will go by so quickly!

I had my op at Sunderland 7 weeks ago and waited exactly 6 months from endo to surgery. The last few months on the list dragged but you'll get there in the end - best of luck x

I was uncomfortable with wind for a couple of days but I've been great ever since - I walked quite a lot post-op up and down the corridors and I'm sure it helped my recovery.

My kids never eat crisps - they 9 and 4. They weren't given them as toddlers, they've never asked to buy them and at birthday parties they always go for the carrots, celery etc and only have 1 or 2 treats like cake etc.

Thanks a lot, it feels gr8! I was just thinking about getting one of those too as I'm a bit confused about what I've taken and when - I did expect to be older than my 30s when I needed one though lol x
