i had a skinny latte this morn... and cud only drink a third of it and i felt odd... so stopped.. much to my disgust!!! i didnt have syrup in it so dunno why it made me feel yuk... dont normally!! i do wonder if the sugar free syrups still have some sugar in them and its tht little bit tht...

you really dont need to snip the top and take them like that... you need to swallow them whole.. they are slim and oval so not too much of a problem.. x

they dont set off scannerd at ariports and are ok when having mri... but you do have to tell them when they ask you the huge list of questions... just so they know what they are when its picked up on the image... x

you should only have B12 jabs if your blood work shows that you are deficient in B12... not all bypass ppl have a deficiency.. i never needed them until yr 4 post opp!!! now i have one every 3 months but after about 2 n half months i feel i could do with it, but my docs are a real jobs worth...
