i didnt have syrup in it so dunno why it made me feel yuk... dont normally!!
i do wonder if the sugar free syrups still have some sugar in them and its tht little bit tht...
was gonna say do COSTA...im a big fan of costa but dont have the syrups as they are way too sweet.... just a skinny latte!!!

you really dont need to snip the top and take them like that... you need to swallow them whole..
they are slim and oval so not too much of a problem..

they dont set off scannerd at ariports and are ok when having mri... but you do have to tell them when they ask you the huge list of questions... just so they know what they are when its picked up on the image...

yerp... its highly unlikely that plastics will be funded... tho... like B.A.B has just said... some areas may still fund..
my area state that they will not fund plastic under any circumstances if its purely down th WLS!!! tho there was a clause about being psychologically affected... but...

you should only have B12 jabs if your blood work shows that you are deficient in B12... not all bypass ppl have a deficiency..
