Tablets arrived today. Nutritional information says 60gms of protein and 350gms per 100gms. However there is no weight on the bottle so i cannot work out how much per 6 tablets which is the RDA. Can anybody help please. They are approx the same weight as a paracetamol
I was told that the meetings are open to all wherever they are operated on. Just thought you could pick up some info there. I paid for a consultancy with prof baxter once. Not good value and then referred to medical consultant for further consultancy so a further fee.
I think that there are open meetings at the Vale, once a month but I have not found out if they are still held. Some years ago I used to go to meetings in Swansea as well but again have not heard anything from them either. Would be worth finding out

Slimfast ready made are good and you could sip it a bit at a time. Also you could make up some fortified milk by mixing a tbsn dried milk powder into any kind of milk. Some yogurts are high in protein as well. Also protein shots. It is only for a couple of weeks and you need to keep your energy...
I am a carer as well but self employed. I will ask the carers at mums nursing home as it is housing association and they will know all the rules and i will let you know
