Going abroad for surgery insurance

Hello , did anybody get any insurance for when you went abroad for surgery? I can't find anyone who covers having surgery and now I'm really worried about going? Please help :-(

I must admit I not sure any travel insurance would cover you for surgery abroad ? Please let me know if I am wrong

Any extra stay/care in icu or normal ward was covered in my Surgery Cost Protection that was included by my provider. Anything that happens outside the surgery like, I don't know tripping over breaking a leg or something is covered by the ehic card.

That is correct anything untoward to do with the surgery would have been covered by my provider. Normal insurance should cover any other losses outside the hospital on top of the ehic
