100 lbs down in 2010!

I stepped on the scales this morning & finally tipped over a loss of 100lbs since I started dieting in January this year... 47lbs of which has come off since my op in Sept!

I'd love to know where the weight has gone coz my head still see's a big bird!

So now new goals before Christmas... to get into the 13's & just be overweight!!

Well done, you have tried so hard this year pre-op and now the bypass is shifting even more. That bird is beautiful whatever size you see and its getting smaller by the day

Thanks guys... its more than my 2 kids weigh & I couldn't carry both of them for any length of time thats for sure. xx
