Well 4 days post op today, weighed and lost 6lb since op, which is nice!
Have been in a lot of pain with my shoulder more than I ever had before, so last night had 100mg pr of diclofenic, a calpol chaser and a hot water bottle and went to bed....woke up this morning feeling 100% better and pain nearly gone... Yay!!!!
So, clothes on and going to get out today (been hard as hubby has been at work since the op!).
Oh and had a poo! That always makes you feel better!
Onwards and downwards!
