Yes I had the sleeve, and thank you for al your nice feedback

I find it quite easy can pretty much eat most things in moderation as normal.

I cannot eat eggs anymore though and I struggle with bread tbh!

I havent really dumped as such although I do try and keep chocolate to a minimum, but I will be honest I have been a tad naughty recntly as I have craved it badly due to ladies monthly probs.

ladies im sure you know what I am saying.

I would say only real side effect would be the hairloss.

I had the sleeve the day after my birthday so i consider it a gift from the gods and the angels and its the best birthday prezzie ive had would not go back for a second xx
