I'm at target. From 22 stones 6 to 10 stones 4, from a size 26/28 to a size 10. Just over 12 stones lost. I lost 6 stones before my operation whilst waiting for my bypass and the subsequent 6 stones in the 7 months after my bypass. It hasn't been easy and I'm still struggling to eat quite a few things and my portions are still really small. Now saving for plastics, and a whole new journey. This forum has been invaluable to me, I've mostly lurked, but you're all fantastic. Thank you xx
