I'm officially 8 half weeks post gastric bypass and can officially eat solids....yet all I seem to stomach is soup anything of a solid texture just hurts my stomach....and there was me looking forward to it lol....!!
How have you tried to introduce solid foods? Have you increased thickness of purée?
I was having puréed home made casseroles and then added in tiny chopped bits of veg and meat to the purée and gradually increased the number of bits until I wasn't pureeing it at all anymore.
What solid foods have you tried? I was able to have tuna mayo but some people can't eat that. It takes different time for each person for swelling to go down, it might just take you longer?
