well had my pre op yesterday nd everything went fine, had bloods taken, heart monitored, swabs took and weight took nd i am fine to go so 9 days to go nd i will b done!!!!

i started my pro op diet on sat nd wen i went yesterday nd get weighed i had lost 11lbs!!!! :8855::8855: 11lbs in 5 days i was soooo shocked but happy at the same time another 9 days on the diet as well so even if i only lose another 4lb thats my 1st stone gone, on wards nd upwards is all i can think xx

Great news.
I had pre op today and my BMI has gone from 41.9 to 39.9!!
Nurses did laugh and say as BMI has gone below 40 I didn't need surgery anymore :O

Thank goodness they were joking! x

Thats brilliant. My pre op isn't until next Wednesday, op Friday. . .but fingers crossed it will all be fine.
