Advanced editor

Is anyone else having problems with the advanced editor?

I find that I am typing away and when I look up at the screen there are loads of letters that have been lost. It's as if the editor is not keeping up with my typing. I can see the text cursor coming and going as well. It might be coincidence but it seems to have started when the extra "wedding" smiley appeared in the panel to the right of the text window.

I don't get this problem in other apps like Word etc so it is not my PC hardware.

I do have the same experience, but I just thought it was my pc.

so glad that you have said this I thought my pc was on the blink for a while there but it seems to have gone ok now though

That is quite interesting Mini was reporting the same issue.

I will look into it now.

Can you tell me what browser you are using? Internet Explorer 8?

Hi, Yep IE8. Having said that, it seems a bit better than it was.

I am not sure if its an IE8 issue, or an issue with the software yet.

I know it happens to Mini (I cannot reproduce it), and have asked her nicely to let me know when it starts to stick.

I use Firefox and Opera myself because they just feel faster (particularly opera). But then again I do not post that much at all.

I will keep looking into it.
