Advice for how long it takes?

Hi ladies and Gents.
I started a normal Low calorie diet on Tuesday.
I need to lose 94lbs.
For starters, could you please advice me as to weather what i have ate today is good?
8.00am - Breakfast bar (70cals)
12.00pm - Half a slice of brown bread with a bit of low fat coleslaw on it, and a banana.
2.00pm - 2 weightwatchers choco chip cookies (94cals per 2 biscuits)
Later on - (5.30pm) Chicken curry weight watchers meal.

Is this good for today, all i have drank is water.

Later on i will do 1 hour exercise.

I know everyone is different but on average how long is it going to take me to lose 94lbs? Im aiming for 6 months.
Also could i please hear your weight loss stories?
 
hi i would try and get fruit and veg into your diet u could make a meal with less calories then a ready ww meal.I am tonight having new potatoes 1 chicken breast and mixed veg ]

you would be better posting this in a diff forum, one that is a low cal diet forum.

But that seems fine... it depends how many grams of sugar and carbs etc are in things, but lyour doing the right thing by lowering your cals and upping exersice :)

when i dieted this way i steared clear of ready made meals as they have hidden rubbish in salt and sugar etc if you like salad and veg load up on them they are so low in cals you wont feel hungry and you will feel great from all the vitamins etc in them
