advice on energy levels with the milk pre op diet

I found it really hard, it makes you feel poorly for a couple of days. The 2nd week is definately better than the first. On a positive note I lost 11lbs on it! So good luck chuck and it wont be long until your a loser.
 
In contrast to most people on here i had a good pre-op milk diet, i only felt tired for a few days, and not excessively tired. I lost 8lb in 10 days (did not start it until 30th dec) and had plenty of energy for the rest of it. However i am also one of a few who develop a foul taste in the mouth from drinking so much milk, and believe me if you are one of those people you will know what i mean. I was then advised to swap one pint of milk for a protein shake which did help a a lot
