Hi all, I had an early menopause and havent had a period for about 4-5 years. I had my gall bladder removed earlier this week and since the day after have been having a light vaginal bleed. Does anyone know if this is normal or do I have something else to worry about ??
( feeling sorry for self :sigh:)

If you have not had a period for over 4/5 years then you would need to get this checked out by your doctor.

It could be something to do with your recent operation, medication etc. Our bodies can be strange at times in how they react...

Always best to get anything like this investigated promptly.

The sooner the better as it will put your mind at rest...

Thank you Mini. You're right. Off to the docs on Monday for me
xx

Hi there,

Maybe it's because of the op you've had done and its just disturbed things in that area.
A little bit like when some ladies bleed after having their gastric bypasses(I know I did and wasn't due)
Just a thought..still best to go docs or ring a nurse x

Went to the docs. He's referred me to another doc- a lady one lol !
