Ahh this time next week I should be done !

hiya Kel, I know how you feel lol. I think it rang more true yesterday when you go to pre op and you get told your going down at whatever time:eek:
How did your pre op go ? and hows the diet going ? Im hating mine but its a means to an end. Funny how you want the most stupid things when you know you cant have them.:p
 
Nearly there Kelly - quite usual to be scared but you will sail through and before you know it will be a shadow of your former self! Which preop are you on?
 
yeah i think it all went well, she said they would ring if there was anything wrong but not to worry as it was going to go ahead ...eek:p
She struggled with getting blood tried my right arm first got one vial out then it stopped lol, so she prodded n poked...nothing. So go her, she went for th other arm with the look of a vampire i swear ! anyway that got thankfully she went for the bloodpressure armband, pumped it 4 times,it hurts (such a wuss) but after the 2nd time it does her lol. Said she still couldnt hear the pulse... I do have one :rolleyes:, So she went for the other arm again ! after 3 attempts on there she got it.
I went home with 2 red arms and 2 bruises starting lol.
The rest of it was simple and quick, was in 40 mins I think.
I just got stuff whizzing in my head at the moment, like making sure the kids have stuff for mon/tues, they are off to Cov with hubby to see gran, and make sure my mums sorted as shes coming up to look after the dogs :rolleyes:

And then I have to make sure I have everything Im taking with me on Monday, got to unplumb the sink yet though :rotflmao:
And then it will be all systems go.....
 
A tad scared? Is that all??
I would be more worried if you weren't!

Eeeee same here!! Never thought of it like that but I'll be all done and dusted this time next week as well :)

I'm a bit off everything at the minute. Feel like crying coz this diet is a shock to the system. I'm hoping it gets better tomoro :)

yup this time next week i'll be done too and i am excited to the point of near bursting, just anxious about laposcopy on Friday.

Hi Kelly, yes this time next week it will be over and done with, and this time next week you'll be wondering what all the stress was about lol.
You will be fine sweetheart. We have all had these moments of shear panic but I've never heard a mini saying they regretted having the op.
