I have that book too but hate it! It's very american and uses some really odd ingredients, it'll probably end up on ebay at some point lol!! The book I find most useful is a lil calorie counting book called The Hugely Better Calorie Counter by Carolyn Humphries purchased on Amazon. It lists hundreds of foods and gives their carb, fat, protein, calorie and fibre content in small portion sizes. I have found it really useful pre and post op and would def recommend it.
