Hello Everyone,

How are you all doing? I need some suggestions. Please suggest me some good books on Gastric Bypass surgery. Its for myself and my hubby as he doesn't have any idea what will be life like after the surgery. I need to make him learn more.

I have this book, can recommend it - can also recommend he join the forum so he can read about the people on here and the journey's - he can see the ups and the downs ( so many more ups than there are downs) and look on the internet lots of people post their whole journey its worth reading up x

I agree with Doughie... come on here regularly and ask questions... you can ask as many as you like and people here are honest and will tell you how it is... we all have different journeys but are all heading the same way... slimmer and healthier... you will be suprised at how much info you can gain from here... we are a friendly bunch xx
