Appointment. Wasn't as drastic as it could have been

My next appointment is next Wednesday at 15:10 at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital.

On the off chance is anyone else there?

It's been 6 months since I was there last and they told me my weight loss wouldn't be that good because of the operation I had and the food I was eating!

Boy am I looking forward to seeing their faces

We're still really happy, it's her birthday today. So we're just laid in bed watching midsummer murder at the moment. Well, she is!

Well, it wasn't as satisfying as there was yet another dietician I'd not seen before. But saying that, I hope to see her again. A young lady of oriental origin but from Australia by the sound of the accent! corrrrr, she was lush!! Anyway. Moving on!!

She was exteremely pleased with my story and happy with what I was eating and over the moon at my exercising and bike riding but she reckons I should perhaps up my carbs a bit as well as sticking with the protein. So I'm on the look out for some diet energy bars!

Also had loads of bloods taken for tests!

Did I mention she was lush?
