Baggy stockings..

Hi I got given these lovely stockings which were really tight in Dolan, now I'm home they have gone baggy??? They keep falling down!

I'm going to wash them again and should I tumble them to see if they shrink??

Tumble drying might damage the elastic, don't they have a care label?

i had surgery 3 weeks ago and when i came home my stockings were bigger lol i found that if i washed them in just cold water and hung them in them over the shower door to dry then they went smaller again chick x

yes luke warm or cold water wash, do not wash in the machine or use in a tumble drier as it damages the elastic did they not give you a spare pair?

No just the one, and told me they cost 18 pounds and keep them for my holiday.., somehow I don't think they will be any good by then.. X
