Band - food advice

Hi

I was handed 4th February 2014 and I wonder is it possible to eat a little pasta or noodles?

Will it cause harm to me or my band?

hi im prob not much help as not being banded until 10/11/14. but ive been told pasta and noodle will be ok but rice may cause problems. maybe tey a v small amount and see how u go x

I have rice pasta and noodles ...no more than about 60-80g cooked and I have never had any problems ... Check your providers advice xxx

I eat pasta and noodles no problem but rice hurts! Xx

Unless I am over restricted well cooked pasta or noodles is absolutely fine, I've just tended to stay away from rice as I'm not overly fond of it anyway.
