Bander.....how much protein??

I've had my 4th fill and can feel some restriction now.
I'm trying to keep my calories between 1000-1200 but I'm not sure how much protein I should aim to have each day
Any ideas??
 
You should really check with your provider, protein will keep you fuller for longer though so when you are back onto solid food try and make it the main item of your meal. With veg / salad etc being the second.
 
I was told by the dietician who called me last week that I should aim for the equivalent of 2 and a half packs of playing cards a day???????? Seems a rather strange example but, that's what she said........ (I was banded at Dolan Park) x
 
I've always done 70g

I've always aimed for a minimum of 60g a day, but in reality eat far more generally. That's personal choice rather than anything thg/Dolan told me.
