Does any one know if I can have bean shoots and mushrooms on the ' chicken and green veg' diet? I googled bean shoots and it's kinda a mixed view of answers! Could do a stir fry (dry of course) but love me mushrooms and can't see wot harm a little fungi could do??? Racking me brains for ideas other than cabbage and broccoli!
