Arrgh Thanks everyone, I know I have done good, and I am looking good but I am hoping after my trip to the hospital today that I will begin to feel Good..

Hiya Rebirth,

My trip to the hospital went ok, my bloods were a bit off, low iron, b12, calium and thiamin, so I have had a B12 injection and had my supplements adjusted, and got to go back next week, my consultant feels I have lost too much too soon and not only have I lost fat, but muscle so I have been told to eat High protein foods and up my intake as much as possible to get my body to maintain. I still feel washed out, but I am hoping that over the next few days I will pick up..... thanks for asking.
