Liberte and danio are good for protein, but they are rather high in sugar! So if you are sensitive it might send you dumping.
I sometimes just have tinned fruit from a can (the ones in natural juices). Either blend them or just chop them up.. And mix it with plain greek yoghurt.
Tesco do a strawberry protein yoghurt shake that I drink there on offer at the moment for £1 each I'll looking my fridge later and see what it's called x
