I've always thought that. I know I must be costing the NHS a fortune with all my meds I'm on.

I know I won't be stopping all of them once I have my op but I will probably on 2-3.

When I had my bypass, the hospital stopped my Metformin, and kept me on an insulin sliding scale whilst I was in.

I've taken no Metformin since my op, and my blood sugar stays around 5.5 - 6.5.
