How my life has changed - have just had my new blender delivered and its fab, everything is being blended now lol

I have a small blender that I used to blend up veg and stuff when my son was a baby as I prepared all natural foods for him.. it only has a very small bowl with a centre spinning blade. Do you think this would be ok for me too or would you buy a larger machine for the amount we have to mix up when we are at that stage?

Mine was off ebay, brand new phillips one for 24.99, it has a chopping thing to, i was just sieving things before but just blended my leak and pot soup and was lovely - Jen yours should be fine hun as long is its smooth be ok xx

I have a hand blender which will do the job fine. Used to have a machine but I hated washing all the bits lol. My hand blender was only 5.99 BARGIN x

I've been using a hand blender too to puree dinners to freeze so I have something good to eat when the rest of the family are having non puree-able. Much less washing up.

been for my pre op today at Sunderland but still haven't had my diet sheets-OMG - op is on the 8th Nov and am sure I should have started it today 10 days pre op.

Ah... we will miss each other - I'm in on 14th for op on 15th.... start pre op on 5th.... hoping to find someone having op at same time for company in hospital lol x x

Was a wee bit confused as your surgery details say 2012.... I thought bloomin heck they are on the ball giving dates out that far in advance... he he x x

will have to change that,
however .. if the diet sheets don't come tomorrow it could be 2011,
we have to winkle our dates out of them as it is.
