BMI below 40!

Just wanted to share with you how happy I am that my BMI is below 40. This was one of my original targets so I am over the moon.

Today I weighed in at 15st 13. The lowest I have been for a very long time!

I am off to asda tonight to see if I can fit in a smaller clothes size yet, fingers crossed
