Yeah i know its all worked out scientifically, but when you start losing you drop weight rapidly and it seems you BMI drops like a lead ballon, but the closer you get to your goal weight the slower the BMI seems to go down and seems to take more to lose a single BMI point
Yup all of the above are correct. It is a height to weight ratio and there are plenty of calculators online. I should imagine bmi is like dieting, the closer you get to goal the harder it is to achieve. But its not impossible folks...
