Cal intake

Can anyone tell me how many cals I should be having 6 months post sleeve (18st 9lb)

Thank you, I have got to a point that the pounds are not moving hardly. I think maybe I am not eating enough.

It happens to everyone really at this stage, its the point where you need to work harder. Are you excercising? Eating too few calories doesnt help either though you are right.

Yes your team will or should have told you what they think you should be doing calorie wise.

I have seen the nurse and she agrees with me, that I am not eating as much as I should and not at the right times.
