Calcium Tablet

I've taken calcichew-D3 for nearly 10yrs since I had a total hysterectomy at 38 they aren't to bad to chew as I also have to take glucosamine for fibromyalgia & osteo-arthritis I tend to take the liquid form with fruit juice so sip it as I chew the tablets. Strangely enough despite 2tablets a day my vitamin D levels were slightly low pre-op & I'm waiting for the results from my first post-op test to see if we need to up the dose.

I don't take calcium tablets shud I be, no one has said anything about them xx

Haylz, Ive had the same issue. This only came to light today when I attended a support group and they were discussing this very subject. No one had told me about the calcium tablets. So I shall be sending a note to my doctor on Monday requesting them and also Forceval. Good luck. x

You should be taking calcichew D3. Go and see your GP about this. It is very important even more so for women.
