oh sunderland have just phoned to say they have a cancellation tomorrow and would i like my endoscopy tomorrow - i have had to beg work to let me have the time off because its month end but hey i am gonna have it at last - yippee

thank you all, i know its not gonna be nice but it has to be done. i am more scared about being weighed before hand.

its at 10.45 charis so just had some nice beans on toast then nothing else - must be a good girl and remember not to have my normal cup of tea in the morning
