Cannot get enough protein without milk

I am now intolerant to milk, skimmed milk powder, fage and protein water.
I also cannot stomach soy, rice or nut milks!

I am 5 weeks post op so still on the mushy stage.
How can I get more protein? Xxx

Have you tried the lactose free milk ? Or goats milk ? As for protein can you blend meat with gravy? Or of your really struggling protein shakes or protein water ?

Cannot tolerate any of they. I'm having meat and fish both at lunch and dinner but only getting to 30g a day, hopefully when I'm on crispy stage I'll get more protein in!

I really struggle with protein intake-don't really like meat. I have a bottle of protein water a day 1 500ml bottle has 40g of protein, nearly half of the recommended amount. And it also adds to the fluid intake.

Do you like crab sticks, (well not crab but you know the ones I mean) you can eat them at 5 weeks, philly lite cheese, jacket potato mashed with cheese, shepherds pie, chilli, casseroles with the meat forked up a bit. You're almost onto normal foods now so you should be ok with lots of different food textures very soon, just make sure the foods you eat are soft and mashed well. How about scrambled egg, or when you mash potatos for the family add a couple of eggs, you'll never even know they're in there.
