can any one help me i cant stop being sick its very painful im getting very bad acid reflux then i have to bolt to be sick then feeling like death warmed up for a bit i have had some yogurt and water but that dont sit to long an hour or so
I was sick for a week. Couldn't have even considered a yogurt. I just sipped water - and then threw it up. It does pass though. It's like being sea sick.
Just watch you don't get dehydrated - I ended up back in hospital on a drip.
i can keep most of the fluids down but it come up looking like cola dont think i strong enuff to be ill for a month lol
well surgeon told me that anther of his patiences lost 4 stone in the first month well if i can do the for the 6 then ill turn down the sleeve
