I have been searching all day for a bariatric-friendly Chicken Korma recipe ......

I don't suppose anybody out there has one they would care to share please???

(Im also wanting a Chicken Tikka recipe too if anybody has one?)

Yes might give them a shot eventually. I can't eat curry with my band but hopefully I can after the bypass.
Yes my op is in June thanks. We already had a holiday booked so it had to happen afterwards.
