Considering WLS

I went to the doctors to have my coil removed as I wanted to try and get pregnant, however, while I was there my doctor recommended WLS for me. He advised that due to my PCOS and weight (BMI is 55) that this would likely give me the best chance to have a baby naturally or to be considered for hormone treatment to have a baby. I’m wandering whether others were told similar things and if people have experience of pregnancy after WLS. I’ve read that due to not having enough nutrients (depending upon type of WLS) it increases some of the risks but also read some people’s experiences saying it was fine. I’d like good and bad stories if possible. Thanks all.
