Constant Sneezing

Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone can help me, I am 5 weeks post op today, Feel great, but every-time I go to eat anything I get a real bad dose of sneezing & Hiccups, anyone else had the same symptoms or any idea what may be causing this. Thank you

It's your signal telling you when you are full. I sneeze, some people burp or hiccup. It's the limit that you should stop at or you will feel too full. Don't worry if it's coming after only a few mouthfuls. After the swelling comes down you will be able to eat more.

I get hiccups still am 2yrs plus out. xx

I get hic cups too, but I have sneezed more for no reason at all so that explains that one!!

Sneezing is definitely the signal that you've had enough.
Try to eat more slowly, you shouldn't get to that point.

It's something to do with the vagus nerve and is quite a common occurance right after surgery x
