Anyone recommend any good post surgery cookery books,i know you can get a lot of info online but I like to sit with a cookery book in bed!Maz x

Thats the book I have, I got it directly from her site, very good customer service etc.
There are a lot of recipes on her blog too.

I find a lot of Rosemary Conelly recipes good post op as they are low in fat and sugar and taste good too.

I brought the Carol Ball book and loved the 'Herder's Pie' when Trev cooked it. I have to say tho that a lot of her recipes are on her website... x

woooo maz, what you gonna make for us then huni, its ages since ive had anything made for me, and cos i cant stand for long i just tend to have stuff that dont take long, or that i can shove in the oven, as a result, bacon, sausage, anything that youd normally grill, get done in the oven lol, though i did make a lovely corned beef hash the other day, it lasted me 2 days, and i had 3 meals from it.
