Hi everyone , im on day two of the milk diet , i spoke to the dietitian yesterday because i hate yogurts and i wanted to know if i had to eat them she said no but to maybe have a bit more soup , last night i made my own but tonight i popped to the shop and its confused me !! They only had heinz veg soup and Baxters carrot and corriander , they were more or less the same calories.. how low is low calorie ?? will be making my own again tomorrow ha ... im feeling ok at least we can still have caffeine !!
